These terms govern your use of brightguardroofline.com and the services of BrightGuard Roofline ("BrightGuard," "we," "us"). By using our website or booking an install, you agree to these terms.
1. Our service
BrightGuard sells and coordinates the installation of gutter guards for homes in the Charlotte, North Carolina area. Installation is performed by independent, insured local installation crews.
2. Pricing and quotes
Prices shown online are based on a measurement of your roofline and the information you provide. If conditions at your home change the scope of work (for example, additional stories, downspouts, or damaged fascia), you will receive any price change in writing, based on our published add-on pricing, before work begins.
3. Deposits and payment
A $250 deposit reserves your install date. The remaining balance is due when the installation is complete. [Deposit refund policy: confirm before launch.]
4. Scheduling
We will confirm your install date by text or email. Weather or safety conditions may require rescheduling; we will contact you to choose a new date.
5. Warranty

6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, BrightGuard is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim related to a job will not exceed the amount you paid for that job.
7. SMS / text messaging terms
Program: BrightGuard Roofline sends text messages to customers who provide a mobile number and check the SMS consent box on our website. Messages relate to quote requests, scheduling, install appointments, reminders, follow-ups, and customer support. If you separately opt in to marketing messages, we may also send occasional promotional messages.
